Teacher Lisa Jackson says "My Health Team Relations class is finishing up a unit that discusses the importance of team work. We had a lot of fun demonstrating activities that implemented the skills of working together, developing a leader, and coming up with resourceful ideas to get out of situations. We did a trust walk, and each student partnered up and had to be blindfolded. We went all over the school, and students learned a valuable lesson on communication as well. We did the human knot, and student groups competed against each other to see who could untangle themselves the fastest without letting go of hands. Students also paired together with their backs together, sitting on the ground, linking arms, and they had to stand up without using their arms and hands to get into a standing position. We had students get into groups of four and perform a 4 SQUARE PLANK! "
